📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding debts through effective negotiation and communication.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and cooperation.
• Utilize debt collection software and tools to track and manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on debt collection activities and progress.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies to resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to leasing clients, addressing their concerns and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection and customer relationship management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to resolve outstanding balances.
• Proficiency in using debt collection software and tools, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to debt collection.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
