📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of production workers, providing clear guidance and support.
• Monitor production schedules and inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Implement and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide regular reports to management on production progress, quality metrics, and safety performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and safety regulations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
