Hokian Elsa Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tea processing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work both in the office and on-site at our facility in Lebak, Banten.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of tea processing operations, including harvesting, processing, packaging, and distribution.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest quality of tea products.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the food or beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of tea processing and quality control standards.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.
