LAMANSUA Ekspansindo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience to gain practical knowledge and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
