Sentral Nanda Geprek is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our company's growth. This is a full-time position located in Samarinda, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 14.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis to understand the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English proficiency is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) is required for this position.
