Urban Store Lestari is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tax compliance and planning processes for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the tax compliance and planning processes for the company, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable taxes,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability and maximize tax efficiency,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team and other departments as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance with these changes,Collaborate with external tax advisors and accountants as needed to ensure the company's tax compliance and planning processes are effective and efficient

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and other departments,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with tax software and systems is a plus,Certification in tax-related fields is a plus
