In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on suitable candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving recruitment targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
