📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national construction regulations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for ongoing projects.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports and risk management documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to address compliance and risk issues.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CIRM, CRISC) is a plus.
• Proficient in using compliance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
