📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
