📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a maritime or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
