Apotek Jaya Shop is looking for a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy section. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy section, ensuring high levels of customer service and product quality.,Managing and mentoring a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.,Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve pharmacy operations and customer satisfaction.,Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.,Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews to foster a positive work environment.,Representing the pharmacy section at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
