GRID Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team in Dili. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Support the accounting team in audits and financial analysis.,Maintain and update accounting software and systems.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
