📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Coordinate with production teams to address any operational issues and implement corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and schedules.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Support the operational manager in achieving production targets and improving overall performance.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff to enhance their operational skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.,Ability to travel within the region as required.
