📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading a section and managing a team of employees.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Supervising and evaluating employee performance.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section.,Communicating with senior management to discuss section performance and goals.,Facilitating training and development opportunities for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.
