📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, refrigerators, and other related machinery.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure that equipment is in good working condition.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that repairs and replacements are carried out promptly.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.,Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and maintenance practices.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and meeting performance targets.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
