📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our property projects.,Manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective campaign delivery.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.,Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or property development.,Proven experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
