📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the bottling lines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Support production planning and scheduling using SAP and MES tools.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bottling facility.
• Work collaboratively with the bottling team to achieve production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Support the team during peak periods or when additional manpower is required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the beverage or packaging industry.
• Familiarity with SAP and MES systems is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of bottling line operations and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
