MOMENTUM Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met in all food preparations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.Experience with kitchen management and inventory control.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
