📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed using warehouse management software.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and best practices.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
