📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national construction regulations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for ongoing projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports and risk management documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to address compliance and risk issues.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CIRM, CRISC) is a plus.
- Proficient in using compliance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
