📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze security events and alerts using SIEM systems like Splunk or QRadar
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, and unauthorized access attempts
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security weaknesses
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our digital infrastructure
• Provide security awareness training and education to employees
• Participate in incident response exercises and drills to improve our team's readiness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Blue Team operations
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP are a plus
• Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies, including SIEM systems, EDR solutions, and threat intelligence platforms
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools like Nessus, Metasploit, or Burp Suite
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
