📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement ELV systems, including lighting, power, and security systems.
• Develop and maintain FMCS for building management, focusing on energy efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate ELV and FMCS into building designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as NEC, NECB, and local building codes.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess building requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ELV and FMCS.
• Participate in project reviews and provide technical input to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ELV and FMCS design and implementation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including NEC, NECB, and local building codes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in ELV and FMCS design is a plus.
• Experience with smart building technologies and IoT integration is a plus.
