📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with vendors to order and receive maintenance parts and materials.
• Document all maintenance activities and issues in our SAP or Oracle system.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facility management role in the F&B industry.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other industry-standard maintenance software.
• Valid certification in maintenance or facility management (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
